MAIDEN'S TOWER

Also known as Leander’s Tower; Maiden Tower is lying on a small islet of Istanbul located at the southern entrance of the Bosphorus Strait 200 m. (220 yds.) from the coast of Uskudar.

The interior has been transformed into a popular café and restaurant, with an excellent view of the former Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman capital.

Private boats make trips to the tower several times a day while we do recommend private motor yacht tour on Bosphorus which would a perfect choice to enjoy a late afternoon tour for 2 hours and then end the day at Maiden's Tower for a perfect sunset.
