8 REASONS WHY TAKING A PRIVATE JET COULD BE MORE AFFORDABLE THAN YOU THINK!

Private Jet Affordable

Want to fly like a movie star in the luxury of a private jet plane?

You may be thinking that this dream is well out of your financial reach, but companies are making it more affordable than ever to fly across the globe in private jets.

If skipping the hassle of the TSA line, enjoying a comfortable seat, and having more space to spread out sound good for your next trip, then you’ve come to the right place. Read on to learn how taking a private jet can actually be affordable for you.

1. More Affordable Than You Think

Purchasing a seat on a private jet is not just for the elite. Thanks to many private jet companies out there, you can purchase seats at prices that are around the same cost as a regular business class; between $300-$500, give or take.

For some apps, such as Blackbird Air or JetSuiteX, you could be looking at costs as low as $30 for a seat! That’s a great deal compared to other commercial flights.

Whether you’re traveling around the U.S., Canada, or to Europe, there’s a private jet to whisk you away to your desired location. You can also choose from services such as reserving a seat to renting the entire aircraft.

2. No More Waiting in Line

When you book a private jet, there’s no need for you to arrive several hours early to the airport to wait in a line. With a private jet, your flight is there waiting for you. You can skirt past all the stress of taking your shoes off and going through security.

The cost to not have to wait on airport Transport Security Administration (TSA) checks might be priceless to some. But if you do have to watch your wallet, then it can depend on the type of jet you charter.

3. Semi-Private Charters

If you want to figure out the least expensive options for flying on a private jet, then your best bet is buying a seat on a scheduled private jet or corporate shuttle flight.

In these instances, the private jet is already scheduled but has available seats on it. This is also the case with empty leg flights where the plane would otherwise be empty. The seats are sold at a discount rate by private jet brokers or air companies.

You don’t necessarily have a choice of where you’re going, so you’re more limited in your options. However, they are very affordable seats. Check with a travel agent to help you find reliable listings of all the empty leg flights available to you.

4. Fly With Friends

If you’ve had a dream to rent a private jet and fly with friends, then you may be surprised how achievable it can be. The cost to rent a private jet may be less than the cost on an individual seat in economy class when splitting it among seven or more people.

Using startup private jet apps, you can search through hundreds of available aircraft. Compare prices and options before you find the right one for your group. You can also earn points for each flight that you can use towards your next seat.

There’s also the option of crowdsourcing groups of people to each pay for a seat on a flight. In some cases, you can enter your destination into an app. This will then search for others looking to travel to the same place.

5. Private Jet Members Club

For frequent flyers, you can take advantage of a private jet members club. Some memberships cost as little as $100 a month. These memberships allow you to take last-minute flights, meaning you could show up at the airport minutes before hopping on a flight to your destination.

Some will let you fly as frequently as you want for a monthly membership fee. This can pay off quickly if you find yourself traveling back and forth a lot.

6. Split the Cost

When you rent a private jet, you’re actually splitting the cost of it with other people. In many cases, you pay less than or the same as economy class. Using private jet apps makes it easy to connect with others.

You’ll get all the comfort and ease of a private jet, but for a price that you can afford. Also, without the stress of having to wait on a line and check your bags.

7. Own Part of a Private Jet

If you’re up for the cost of owning 1/16th of a private jet, then you can go in on a deal of around $600,000. This gives you a minimum of 50 hours of flight time per month. You have access to multiple aircraft rather than just one.

You also can rely on 3,000 pilots at your disposal. You can request a flight from your airport of choice within 10 hours for 335 days of the year. There are a variety of packages to meet your needs.

You’ll also need to include taxes, monthly maintenance, and fuel charges into every hour you fly.

8. Use Smart Apps

If you’ve always wanted to travel on a private jet, then it’s worth using the many apps out there to find the best option for you. If you’re okay with not having an entire jet to yourself and are willing to share, then your options are pretty affordable.

If you have a group of friends who are willing to pitch in, then you may be able to have the aircraft all to yourself, although your travel locations are limited.

Living the High Life

You may have never considered it before, but the truth is, booking a seat on a private jet plane is becoming more affordable by using one of these options.

Maybe you want to take a special trip with family and are ready to reserve a flight all to yourselves. Or maybe you want to shop around for the best deal on a short trip around Europe.

There are options for everyone and it’s all available at your fingertips. Take advantage of this new way to fly in luxury!
